Free download the professional Internet Radio Recorder and Downloader - Allavsoft ( for Windows , for Mac) , install and then launch it, the following interface will pop up.

Step 1 Click REC button

Run and open Allavsoft. Find a red "REC" button, click it and a recording area window will appear. But you must click the "REC" button before your Internet Radio music playback.
